Welcome
By using the Dear.December website or requesting a quotation, you agree to these terms. They are read together with our Privacy Policy, Delivery & Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.
How ordering works
Adding products to your cart and submitting a request is a quotation request, not a completed purchase.
We will confirm product prices, availability, delivery costs and estimated delivery timelines, then share a final quotation and a secure payment link for your review.
Your order is confirmed once you accept the quotation and payment is successful.
Products & availability
We take great care to describe and photograph every product accurately. Colours, finishes and sizes may vary slightly, and all products are subject to availability.
Some products are specially sourced or shipped directly from suppliers, and may arrive separately.
Pricing & payment
All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR). Delivery fees are quoted separately and confirmed before payment.
If a price shown on the website is incorrect, we will let you know in your quotation before you pay, and you may choose not to proceed.
Personalised orders
Please check the spelling of names, dates and other personalisation details carefully. We produce personalised items exactly as provided.
Personalised and custom-made items may not be cancelled or returned for change of mind once production has started, as set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy. This does not affect your rights if an item is defective or doesn't match what was agreed.
Delivery, cancellations & returns
Delivery timelines, supplier shipments and delivery delays are described in our Delivery & Shipping Policy. Cancellations, the seven-day cooling-off period, returns for defective goods and refunds are described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Our content
The Dear.December name, seal, photographs, wording and design belong to Dear.December and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
Your rights
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Nothing in them limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act or any other applicable law.
