Our promise to you
We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
We only collect what we need to prepare your quotation, deliver your order and look after you.
What we collect
When you request a quotation or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, together with the products you've chosen and any personalisation details, such as names or years for keepsakes.
How we use it
We use your information to confirm product prices, availability and delivery costs, send your quotation and secure payment link, arrange delivery, and respond to your questions.
We will only send you marketing messages with your consent, and you may opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
We never sell your personal information.
We share only what is necessary with trusted partners who help us serve you, such as couriers, suppliers who ship directly to you, and our secure online store and payment providers. Some of these service providers may store information outside South Africa, in which case we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains appropriately protected.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
We keep your information only for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Your rights
Under POPIA, you may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to its processing, or withdraw your consent to marketing.
If you have a concern we haven't resolved, you may contact the Information Regulator of South Africa.
