Processing your order
We want your Christmas shopping experience to be as simple and special as possible.
Delivery costs are confirmed before payment. Where a quotation is required, we will confirm product availability, pricing, delivery fees and estimated delivery timelines before you complete your purchase.
Our estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 working days from order confirmation and successful payment, unless otherwise communicated.
Some items, particularly personalised or specially sourced products, may require additional preparation or delivery time. We will advise you accordingly.
Supplier shipments
Some of our products are shipped directly from trusted suppliers and may arrive in separate deliveries.
Delivery timelines may be affected by product availability, courier services, customs processing or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Should delays occur, we will keep you informed and assist in resolving them.
Your delivery details
Please ensure your delivery address and contact information are accurate when placing your order.
Additional courier charges may apply if redelivery is required due to incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout, where permitted by law.
If something goes wrong
Every order matters to us.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible, including your order number and photographs where available.
We will review the matter and assist with an appropriate resolution in accordance with your consumer rights.

Your purchases are protected by applicable South African consumer legislation, including the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights to applicable refunds, replacements, returns or remedies for delivery failures.
