Eligible returns
We accept eligible returns within 7 days of delivery, subject to applicable consumer law.
Change of mind
For change of mind returns, products must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Certain hygiene and personal care products may be excluded where legally permitted.
Return shipping costs
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs on voluntary returns.
Damaged, defective or incorrect products
Damaged, defective or incorrect products will be repaired, replaced or refunded in accordance with South African consumer law, at no additional cost where required.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within applicable legal timeframes.
